Overview
We are seeking multiple Senior Quantity Surveyors to join a growing commercial team delivering complex, multi-disciplinary infrastructure projects within a highly regulated environment. This is a long-term opportunity offering exposure to secure, high-value programmes.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead cost planning, budgeting, and cost control across projects
- Manage contracts, subcontracts, and variations
- Monitor project performance, risks, and financial reporting
- Drive cost efficiency while maintaining quality standards
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders across delivery teams
- Ensure compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements
Requirements
- Degree-qualified in Quantity Surveying or similar
- Proven experience in infrastructure or major project environments
- Strong understanding of contracts, procurement, and cost management
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams effectively
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
