Tempest Education is working in partnership with a number of welcoming and supportive primary schools in the Boston area, recruiting Primary Teachers across Early Years, Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2.

The Role You will be delivering engaging and inclusive lessons, supporting pupil progress, and contributing positively to the wider school environment. Roles are available on a flexible basis, including day-to-day cover, long-term placements, and permanent positions.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver high-quality lessons in line with the national curriculum
• Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment
• Assess, monitor, and support pupil progress
• Adapt teaching to meet the needs of all learners
• Work collaboratively with colleagues, support staff, and parents
• Uphold safeguarding and school policies at all times

About You

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
• Experience teaching in EYFS, KS1, or KS2
• Strong classroom management and communication skills
• Passion for teaching and supporting children's development
• Flexible, reliable, and adaptable approach
