The Ideal Candidate Will:
- Hold QTS and have experience teaching in KS1 (or be an ECT)
- Have a strong understanding of the KS1 curriculum, particularly Year 2 expectations and SATs preparation
- Deliver engaging, creative and well-structured lessons
- Use assessment effectively to support pupil progress
- Create a positive, inclusive and stimulating classroom environment
- Be committed to working collaboratively with colleagues and parents
