Are you a proactive, resilient educator with a passion for supporting neurodiverse learners? We are currently seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to provide tailored 1:1 and small group support for two secondary-aged students with ADHD.
This is a rewarding, long-term temporary role based at a high-achieving secondary school in Upminster. You will be joining a supportive environment where your expertise will directly impact the academic and emotional success of these students.
The Role & RequirementsFocus: Providing specialised support to two students with ADHD, helping them manage focus, organisation, and emotional regulation within the classroom.
Experience:Essential. You must have a proven track record of working with ADHD learners and a deep understanding of the challenges they face in a secondary setting.
Start Date:ASAP. We need someone ready to hit the ground running.
Compliance: Ideally, you will already hold an Enhanced DBS on the Update Service to allow for an immediate start.
We believe in fair pay for hard work. This role is paid via PAYE (no umbrella company fees) every Friday.
Initial Rate: £95 per day.
AWR Increase: Your pay will increase to £110 per day after 12 weeks, in line with Agency Worker Regulations (AWR).
