The Role

You'll work directly with pupils and teachers, supporting learning, wellbeing, and development:

• Support teachers in busy classroom settings
• Work 1:1 or in small groups with pupils
• Help children with learning, confidence, and behaviour
• Support pupils with additional or special educational needs
• Act as a positive role model, providing structure, encouragement, and motivation

Who We're Looking For

• Recent graduates - all degree subjects welcome
• A genuine passion for education and supporting young people
• Confident, proactive, and enthusiastic mindset
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
