The Role- Supporting pupils in the classroom, including 1:1 and small-group support
- Assisting the class teacher with lesson delivery and classroom management
- Supporting pupils with additional needs where required
- Helping to create a safe, positive, and inclusive learning environment

What We're Looking For- Previous experience working with children (school-based experience preferred)
- A positive, reliable, and flexible approach
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
