Residential Surveyor (RICS Qualified)

Location: Hampshire & the surrounding areas

We are seeking an experienced RICS-registered Residential Surveyor to join our growing team, supporting clients across the Portsmouth, Winchester and Southampton areas. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional looking to work within a dynamic environment, delivering high-quality surveying and valuation services.

Key Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

• AssocRICS, MRICS or FRICS qualification
• A strong track record in residential surveying
• Detailed knowledge of building construction and pathology
• A strong understanding of risk within a regulated environment
• Excellent organisational and client-facing skills

Role & Responsibilities

As a Residential Surveyor, you will be responsible for carrying out a wide range of professional services, including:

• RICS Level 2 (HomeBuyer) Surveys
• RICS Level 3 (Building) Surveys
• Red Book Valuations
• Bespoke Building Surveys
• Private and panel work

You will also be responsible for maintaining strong client relationships, ensuring all work is delivered to a high standard and within agreed deadlines.
