Based in the Dungannon area, my client is a small / medium sized company who are a very well-established heavy machinery manufacturing company and who are market leaders in their field.

They are currently seeking to recruit a Production Supervisor who has experience managing a team of at least 7 people in a similar environment.

On offer is a salary of £40,000 - £45,000, pension, healthcare and an early finish every Friday. This position offers you a secure, exciting and well-paid job.

Role Production Supervisor

• As Production Supervisor you will oversee the daily operations of the assembly department, translating engineering plans into high-quality finished products.
• You will be responsible for coordinating a team of technicians, managing build schedules, and maintaining a safe, efficient workspace.
• This is a hands-on leadership role that requires both technical mechanical knowledge and strong people management skills.

Person Production Supervisor

• Minimum of 3 years experience in a Production Supervisor or Team Leader role within a heavy industrial machinery environment or similar
