The Role: We’re seeking a passionate and highly organised Content and Social Manager to lead and execute updates to our website and manage our social media strategy across multiple platforms. In this multi-faceted role, you’ll drive our digital goals through compelling storytelling, engaging content, and innovative campaigns. You’ll oversee the full content lifecycle—from planning and creation to publishing and performance analysis—while collaborating with the internal team.
Key Responsibilities
- Website updates using WordPress Elementor.
- Content creation and coordination—align content with campaigns, seasonal events, and business priorities.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities.
- Create high‑quality photo, video, and graphic assets.
- Maintain and organise a central content library.
- Schedule and publish daily content across social platforms.
- Write engaging, on‑brand captions and messaging.
- Optimise posts with hashtags, tagging, and platform‑specific best practices.
- Manage community engagement, responding to comments and messages promptly.
- Perform general office administration as required.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience managing social media accounts and working with WordPress Elementor Pro.
- Highly organised.
- Strong content planning and storytelling skills.
- Experience with short‑form video (Reels/TikTok).
- Excellent copywriting and communication skills.
- Data‑driven mindset with experience analysing performance metrics.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Growth in website performance, followers, reach, and engagement across platforms.
- Performance of campaigns (reach, engagement, conversions).
- Quality and insightfulness of performance reporting.
