Role: Sales Consultant specializing in Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) responsible for driving business growth primarily across the DACH region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland) and the United Kingdom. You will collaborate with Account Executives to understand client requirements and act as a trusted advisor to prospects and clients, demonstrating how Mitratech’s connected GRC solutions address their challenges.
Responsibilities
- Client Partnership: Serve as the primary solution consultant and expert contact for prospective and existing clients.
- Industry Insight: Conduct research on industry trends, represent Mitratech at industry events, and build brand awareness.
- Tailored Solutions: Customize and present software demonstrations that address client requirements, communicating the value and ROI of Mitratech’s connected GRC solutions.
- Strategic Advising: Encourage clients to consider broader, more effective solutions beyond current processes.
- Product Expertise: Maintain and configure demonstration environments to showcase the technology’s full value.
- Sales Support: Assist in drafting responses to RFIs/RFPs and support sales teams in prospect and client meetings, including discovery sessions to translate requirements into solution recommendations.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Provide market and client feedback to Product teams to influence product enhancements; collaborate with Marketing, Professional Services, and Customer Success to align on client needs.
- Market Analysis: Monitor competitive products and industry developments to inform sales strategies and product development.
- Performance Metrics: Track and report on sales consulting activities and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- GRC Expertise: Deep knowledge in Governance, Risk, and Compliance with a focus on risk management, policy management, and ethics & compliance; experience with GRC software is a plus.
- Language Skills: Fluent German (native or near-native) and business-level English (spoken and written).
- Sales / Consulting Experience: Minimum 2 years in sales consulting, risk advisory, or equivalent.
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent work experience.
- Technical Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite with strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Professionalism: Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to articulate complex solutions.
- Motivation: Highly motivated, hands-on, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
- Problem-Solving: Strong critical thinking and ability to provide innovative solutions.
- Adaptability: Flexibility to adapt to changing business needs.
