About The Role
As a Sales Associate at Victoria’s Secret you’ll work in an exciting, engaging, fast‑paced environment, surrounded by a friendly and supportive team who are all connected through their passion for delivering the very best customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Customer Service – deliver an exceptional experience, help customers find products and complete purchase at till.
- Brand Bra Experience – provide bra fitting experience and give customers expert advice on size and suitable styles.
- Visual Merchandising – own merchandising presentation of products and ensure customers find what they need.
- Store Standards – maintain front and back store standards, manage deliveries, stock replenishment, support loss prevention and health & safety procedures.
Qualifications
- Passion for retail and a desire to create unique customer experiences.
- Strong customer service skills and commitment to develop product knowledge.
- Ability to build valued relationships with team and customers.
- Team player – flexible, supportive, and contributes to a positive working environment.
- Adaptable to a fast‑paced environment and able to handle varied tasks.
