We are currently recruiting a Deputy Manager on behalf of a supported living provider to support services based near Camborne.
This role would suit an experienced senior support professional or deputy manager who enjoys being hands‑on, supporting teams, and helping to deliver high‑quality, person‑centred care in a supported living setting.
The Role
Working closely with the Registered Manager, you will help ensure the smooth day‑to‑day running of the services while supporting staff teams and individuals to thrive.
You will:
- Support the Registered Manager with daily operational responsibilities
- Lead and motivate staff teams, setting strong standards and positive culture
- Support care planning, risk management, and person‑centred support delivery
- Provide on‑shift leadership, guidance, and support to staff
- Assist with safeguarding, quality monitoring, and compliance
- Liaise with families, professionals, and external agencies as required
- Support staff development through supervision and mentoring
About You
- Experience in supported living, learning disabilities, mental health and/or complex care
- Background in a senior support or supervisory role
- Confident communicator with a calm and professional approach
- Passionate about high standards, safeguarding, and team development
- Ambitious and keen to progress within management
