Logistics Supervisor

Russell Taylor Group are looking for a good, reliable Logistics Supervisor to work on a commercial construction project in SG8, Royston starting ASAP!

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily activities of team members, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
• Manage workflow and allocate resources effectively to meet production targets.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to staff.
• Address any operational issues promptly and implement solutions to improve efficiency.
• Maintain a safe working environment by enforcing health and safety regulations.
• Foster a positive team culture through effective communication and collaboration.

Required Qualifications

• CSCS
• SSSTS
• On site references
• Right to work in the UK
• PPE
• Previous experience in a similar role.

Job Information

• 10:00AM - 18:00PM
• Monday to Friday
• 12 months +
• 37.5hrs per week
• Weekly pay
• NO CIS/UTR
• Working with one of the UK's largest logistical contractors
