A day in the life of…

We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Leisure Club Manager to oversee the daily operations of our esteemed Leisure and Spa facilities located within our hotel. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional service delivery, managing a dedicated team, and driving the success of the club through effective customer service management and the implementation of rigorous health and safety protocols. Your comprehensive knowledge of the various services and amenities offered will enable you to provide assistance and guidance to guests as needed. Daily tasks may include equipment setup, guest usage monitoring, and basic maintenance duties, all aimed at enhancing revenue generation. Exceptional customer service skills are paramount as you create a welcoming and hospitable environment for our guests.

This position holds a distinct significance within our hotel, where your contributions will be instrumental in ensuring that each guest enjoys a luxurious and comfortable stay.
