Software (SDLC) Business Analyst/Product Owner
Work Pattern: Hybrid
Location: 2 x days a week in Portsmouth
Salary: Up to £55,000 per year
Role & Responsibilities
As a Business Analyst, you will:
- Work closely with stakeholders to gather, analyse, and document business requirements.
- Translate complex processes into clear functional specifications.
- Collaborate with product and development teams to ensure solutions meet business needs.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization within the transport industry.
- Support the delivery of high‑quality SaaS products from concept to launch.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst, ideally within software or technology environments.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
- Experience in end‑to‑end BA/PM processes.
- Excellent communication skills – able to translate technical concepts for non‑technical stakeholders.
- Experience with SaaS platforms, process mapping, and requirements documentation.
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment.
