The post holder will work as part of the Women & Children's Division Administration team providing support to the PA/Office Manager and all divisional directors and senior managers in the W&C Division on all sites.
Main duties of the job
The role includes: supporting the process of placing orders for the Division; administration via the recruitment TRAC system for junior doctors, monitoring and recording Divisional recruitment processes and locum doctor bookings; recording management leave; taking minutes of directorate and management meetings and providing secretarial and administrative support to the divisional management team.
Person Specification
- 4 GCSE's or equivalent (must include Maths and English)
- Further secretarial qualifications
- Prepared to or already working towards an NVQ3 or equivalent
Experience
- Experience of dealing with confidential & sensitive information
- Experience of undertaking detailed, intensive work in a busy administrative environment
- Experience of using information technology such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint in work-related activities.
- Experience working in an NHS organization
- Working to deadlines
