As a Supervisor for our Civil Enforcement Officer teams you’ll play a key role in ensuring effective parking enforcement operations across London while helping to create safer, accessible and well‑managed streets.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead support and motivate a team of Civil Enforcement Officers
- Deliver daily briefings and provide ongoing guidance and coaching
- Act as the first point of contact for escalated issues from colleagues and members of the public
- Monitor performance and track key operational KPIs
- Ensure compliance with health & safety and operational standards
- Maintain a visible supervisory presence across patrol areas in London
- Carry out Civil Enforcement Officer duties when required – issuing Penalty Charge Notices (PCNs) and advising the public on parking regulations
What Makes a Great Supervisor
- Previous experience in a supervisory or management role
- Confident communicator with a calm professional approach
- Customer‑focused with strong problem‑solving skills
- Self‑motivated and able to work on your own initiative
Working Hours
- 42.5 hours per week
- 5 days on, 2 days off
- Shifts between 7:00am and 11:00pm
