Our clients are specialist Property Lawyers specialising in offering a wide range of Conveyancing specialisms throughout the UK to Property companies. They are entering an exciting period of high growth and commercial expansion and are now looking to appoint a tenacious Business Development Manager to support the continued expansion of its introducer network across the UK.

This is a new business focused, relationship led role, centred on winning, onboarding, and developing mortgage broker and estate agency partners nationwide.

You will take ownership of generating new business opportunities, signing new introducers, and building a continuous pipeline of fresh partnerships that drive instruction volumes and long‑term commercial growth.

The Role

As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for sourcing, engaging, and onboarding new mortgage broker and estate agency introducers across your region. You will generate your own leads, manage the full sales cycle from first contact through to sign‑up, and build strong, trusted relationships that deliver sustained instruction volumes. This is a remote and field‑based position, combining home working with face‑to‑face meetings, industry events, and monthly sales meetings in London.
