Surgical Lead Veterinary Surgeon – London Full-Time | Permanent | Up to £80,000 Red Sector Recruitment are proud to be working with a highly regarded veterinary provider to appoint an experienced Surgical Lead Veterinary Surgeon across multiple modern sites in London. You’ll operate across a small number of well-connected London sites, giving you access to an established and varied caseload from day one. Alongside your surgical responsibilities, you’ll play a key role in: Driving clinical excellence across surgical services Supporting and mentoring veterinary colleagues Building and expanding an internal and referral-based surgical caseload Delivering high standards of patient care and client experience There is some light consult work included, primarily to support case continuity, surgical workups, and post-operative care. About You We’re keen to speak with confident and capable surgeons who are: An experienced Veterinary Surgeon with a strong surgical bias Ideally holding (or working towards) a certificate in orthopaedics or surgery Comfortable managing a varied and complex caseload Adaptable and confident working across multiple sites Passionate about mentoring and developing others Strong interpersonal skills are essential, as you’ll be working closely with established teams and building relationships with clients.
