Legal Counsel – Global advisory, wealth and asset management – 2-4 pqe - Dubai- UAE Our client is an independent global financial services group. They specialise in global advisory providing wealth and asset management along with merchant banking to some of the world’s wealthiest and most successful entrepreneurs, foundations and charities. As part of the Group Legal team you will be offered a broad range of Global Advisory work across the Middle East and be part of the CIS Global Advisory business. Your role is likely to encompass a broad range of work and will include negotiating global advisory mandate letters, terms of business, framework agreements, non-disclosure agreements, internal risk committee memos, commercial contracts and accountants’/lawyers’ engagement letters; providing legal support for projects related to legal and regulatory change, processes and documentation; providing legal support to Finance and Human Resources, the Head of Legal and Compliance, Middle East and other offices globally. You will have 2-4 years' post qualification experience gained either with a City law firm and/or in an in-house financial services role.
