Paralegal / Senior Paralegal – Property (Commercial/Residential)

A well-established, nationally recognised organisation are seeking a Senior Paralegal with demonstrable property experience to join its Birmingham-based legal team.

Operating across the UK the team advises on a broad range of property matters tied to complex, multi-site portfolios. This is a role for individuals who already understand the fundamentals of property law and want to apply that experience within a structured, professional environment.

The Role

Supporting Legal Advisors and senior stakeholders, you will contribute to the efficient delivery of property legal services across a varied and active caseload.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing commercial and/or residential property files, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely progression
• Drafting legal documentation including leases, licences, reports, and general correspondence
• Supporting on acquisitions, disposals, and ongoing estate management matters
• Acting as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, responding to queries with clarity and professionalism
• Conducting legal research and maintaining organised, audit-ready records
• Assisting with process improvement and maintaining best practice across documentation and file management
• This role requires a high level of organisation, attention to detail, and the ability to manage competing priorities within a professional legal framework.

Applicants must have

Proven experience in a Paralegal or Legal Assistant role within commercial or residential property. A solid understanding of property transactions and legal documentation is essential
