Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from business development to placement
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates
- Source, screen, and interview supply chain professionals across multiple levels
- Develop a deep understanding of client needs and market trends
- Negotiate offers and manage the hiring process through to completion
- Consistently meet and exceed individual and team targets
About You
- Proven experience in recruitment (supply chain/logistics experience is a strong advantage)
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Commercially minded with a proactive, results-driven attitude
- Able to manage multiple roles and priorities simultaneously
- Motivated, resilient, and eager to progress in recruitment
