About Us
We are a London-based boutique management consulting firm specializing in providing strategic advisory, transformation and M&A support to clients across Life Sciences, CPG and Manufacturing. Based in the UK, our team works closely with large global organizations to drive impactful change through conceptualization, design, and implementation of company-wide Transformation programs. We combine the rigour of top-tier strategy consulting with the agility and depth of a hands-on transformation partner. We pride ourselves on delivering innovative, results-oriented solutions and are seeking an experienced Associate Director to join our team and lead high-impact transformation engagements.
The Role
As an Associate Director, you’ll take end-to-end ownership of complex client programs and be a strategic sparring partner to senior executives. You will lead workstreams across strategy, operating model design, commercial or operations optimization while guiding a high-performing team and shaping how our firm delivers value.
This is an opportunity to move beyond the slide deck: influence outcomes, implement change, and shape the next chapter of a growing firm. You'll be based in London and work in the office 3 days a week.
What You’ll Do
- Own end to end planning and delivery of client engagements: structure, manage and drive execution across workstreams to progress the transformation agenda.
- Build and manage senior client relationships and drive alignment across leadership teams.
- Understand customer's problems and lead strategic, structured analyses including market and commercial assessments, operating model, organization design and process improvement, and cost diagnostics and reduction opportunities.
- Facilitate workshops on “Where to Play / How to Win,” future-state design, and value creation levers.
- Lead identification of value levers. Translate insights into actionable initiatives and implementation roadmaps and guide clients and internal teams to deliver projects at pace. Run a disciplined Transformation Management Office to drive initiatives to completion.
- Lead development of compelling, executive-ready presentations to support C-suite decision-making and keep momentum to achieve transformation milestones.
- Coach and develop consultants; contribute to internal capability building and practice growth.
- Grow revenue through existing and new accounts.
What we are looking for
- 15+ years of consulting experience, with recent tenure at a top-tier firm.
- Proven track record of driving business turnaround and leading transformation programs end-to-end.
- Strategic thinker who is equally strong in problem-solving, communication, and program delivery.
- Experienced in understanding business drivers, value levers and identifying opportunities through analysis and senior level interactions.
- Demonstrated experience in engaging with C-suite executives and building long-term trusted relationships.
- Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills; skilled in storyboarding and crafting clear, visually engaging materials.
- Experienced in managing teams and coaching consultants in a high-performance culture.
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred.
