WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
- Engage customers face-to-face as part of brand partner campaigns
- Identify business opportunities and contribute to commercial targets
- Develop key business skills — communication, negotiation, and client management
- Attend performance reviews and contribute to team strategy sessions
- Grow through a structured graduate development pathway
THE IDEAL GRADUATE
- Degree in business, marketing, economics, management, or related discipline
- Strong communicator with a competitive, results-driven mindset
- Motivated to earn through performance and grow through results
- Any degree welcome — what matters most is ambition and attitude
- Must be 18+ and eligible to work in the UK
