My client are looking for a commercially minded Marketing Manager to help drive growth, increase market share, and deliver impactful brand campaigns within a customer-focused, multi-site environment.
In this role, you’ll lead the development and execution of marketing plans that attract new customers, encourage repeat custom, and increase overall spend. You’ll play a key part in shaping both short-term campaigns and longer-term brand innovation, ensuring a compelling and consistent customer experience.
You’ll collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners to deliver integrated campaigns that strengthen brand awareness and position in a competitive market.
As Marketing Manger, you’ll be responsible for:
- Act as the voice of the customer by analysing behaviours, insights, and market trends to inform strategy
- Plan and deliver marketing campaigns that drive customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth
- Support the development of annual marketing plans, including events, promotions, and multi-channel communications (online and offline)
- Work cross-functionally to support long-term brand development and innovation
- Measure and evaluate campaign performance, using data to generate insights and improve future activity
- Monitor competitor activity and wider market trends to identify opportunities
- Collaborate with agencies and suppliers to deliver high-quality, effective campaigns
- Contribute to cross-functional initiatives that enhance brand presence and commercial performance
The successful candidate must have:
You’ll bring:
- Solid marketing experience, ideally within a B2C environment such as retail, travel or FMCG
- A strong understanding of campaign planning and delivery across multiple channels
- Analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and identify growth opportunities
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- The ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- A proactive, adaptable approach with a focus on delivering results
Desirable:
- Experience within hospitality or a multi-site consumer business
- Exposure to both digital and traditional marketing channels
- Experience working with external agencies
- A relevant degree or equivalent professional experience
