A leading national firm is seeking a Corporate Senior Associate (5–7 PQE) to join its expanding Manchester team.

The Role

You will lead on a variety of corporate transactions, including:

• M&A transactions (buy-side and sell-side)
• Private equity investments and exits
• Strategic corporate advisory work

You will play a central role in transaction delivery, managing clients and supporting junior team members.

The Candidate

• 5–7 PQE with strong M&A and/or private equity experience
• Proven ability to manage deals and client relationships
• Commercially focused with leadership potential
