Job Title: Ofsted Registered Manager – Children’s Residential Home

Overview:
We are currently recruiting 2 Ofsted Registered Managers on behalf of a reputable and growing care provider. These are long-term leadership roles focused on maintaining high standards within established children’s residential homes.
This opportunity is ideal for experienced Registered Managers or strong Deputy Managers ready to step up into a leadership role within a stable and well-supported environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the day-to-day operations of the residential home in line with Ofsted regulations
- Ensure high standards of safeguarding, care delivery, and compliance
- Manage and develop staff teams, including rotas, supervision, and performance
- Oversee care planning, audits, incident management, and quality assurance
- Maintain inspection readiness and support regulatory requirements
- Build effective relationships with Ofsted, local authorities, and external stakeholders
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in children’s residential care
- Previous Registered Manager experience OR Deputy Manager ready to progress
- Strong understanding of Ofsted regulations and inspection processes
- NVQ Level 3 or 4 in Leadership & Management (Level 5 desirable/support provided)
- Strong leadership, organizational, and safeguarding skills
Essential Criteria:
- Right to work in the UK (no sponsorship available)
- Stable employment history within children’s residential settings
- Ability to work on-site and take full operational responsibility
