Salary: Up to £75,000 + Package
We are currently working with a leading M&E contractor delivering CAT A commercial fit‑out schemes across London and the M25. They are seeking an Electrical Project Manager to take full ownership of project delivery from pre‑construction through to completion and handover. This is a client‑facing role suited to someone who can balance programme leadership with strong relationship‑building skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full lifecycle of CAT A electrical fit‑out projects across office and commercial environments
- Oversee project programmes, budgets and resource planning from inception to handover
- Coordinate with main contractors, clients, designers and supply chain partners
- Lead on‑site electrical teams and subcontractors, ensuring safe, compliant and high‑quality delivery
- Attend and chair project meetings, producing progress reports for senior management
- Manage variations, valuations and change control alongside the commercial team
- Ensure all works comply with BS 7671 and relevant industry regulations
- Drive health, safety and quality standards across all projects
- Support estimating and pre‑construction teams during tender and handover stages
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to support repeat business
Requirements:
- Proven experience delivering CAT A electrical fit‑out projects
- Strong project management capability across programme, budget and resource control
- Excellent communication and client‑facing skills
- Solid understanding of BS 7671 and current electrical regulations
- Experience managing subcontractors and on‑site delivery teams
- Ability to work across multiple projects within the M25
