A leading UK law firm is looking to appoint a Banking & Finance Senior Associate (4–7 PQE) to join its growing Manchester team.

The Role

You will work on a range of financing transactions, advising lenders, borrowers and sponsors across:

• Corporate lending and leveraged finance
• Asset-based lending and structured finance transactions
• Refinancings and general banking advisory work

You will take a lead role in transaction management, mentoring junior lawyers and developing client relationships.

The Candidate

• 4–7 PQE with strong banking & finance experience
• Experience from a national or international firm
• Strong technical and client management skills
