Commercial Litigation Legal Secretary

We are working with an elite international law firm who are seeking a Legal Professional to join their Commercial Litigation team within their Belfast office.

The Role

The successful candidate will join an award-winning Litigation practice, gaining hands-on experience in a wide range of global litigation matters. The candidate will provide general legal and administrative support to fee-earners on a range of contentious matters across a spectrum of practice areas, including contracts, civil fraud, and insolvency.

Responsibilities include assisting fee-earners with legal due diligence and transaction management, supporting client communications, and preparing court documents.

Essential Criteria:

• Based in Belfast with the permanent right to work in the UK;
• Strong administrative background, ideally within a law firm. Experience with due diligence processes and/or litigation matters advantageous;
• Excellent written and verbal communication;
• Organisation and time management skills;
• Ability to work in a busy environment;
• Strong client relationship management and interpersonal skills;
• Team player;
• Technically excellent.
