Residential Building Surveyor – Prime UK Residential Portfolio (Remote)

Location: South Coast / Hampshire

Salary: £60,000 - £70,000 + car allowance + bonus potential

The Role

As a Residential Building Surveyor, you will:

• Undertake Level 2 (Homebuyer) and bespoke Level 3 (Building) surveys across a tailored local patch
• Inspect a diverse portfolio of character, period and high-value residential properties
• Deliver detailed, client-focused reports with clear, actionable advice
• Build trusted relationships with private clients purchasing some of the UK’s most desirable homes
• This is a home-based role, giving you the flexibility to manage your own diary and work in a way that suits your lifestyle.

What We’re Looking For

MRICS / AssocRICS qualified (or equivalent experience) ****Open to Sava Students nearing qualification

Strong experience delivering residential surveys (Level 2 & 3)

Excellent technical knowledge of building defects and construction

A client-first mindset with strong report writing skills

Ability to work independently and manage your own workload
