An exciting opportunity has opened for an experienced veterinary leader to step into a pivotal Leadership role with a well-established and progressive multi-site practice in the South West.

This is a unique opportunity to shape clinical standards, influence strategic direction, and lead a large, highly skilled team within a supportive and forward-thinking environment.

The Job:

As the new Director, you will:

• Provide clinical leadership across a large multi-site veterinary group
• Lead and inspire a team of over 50 members of staff
• Drive clinical excellence, governance, and continuous improvement
• Shape the practice long-term strategy to grow
• Oversee financial performance
• Mentor and develop both clinical and leadership talent

The Practice:

• A 24/7 RCVS-accredited small animal hospital
• Advanced diagnostic and surgical facilities including CT, ultrasound, and laparoscopic equipment
• A wide range of clinical expertise including orthopaedics, ECC, cardiology, and exotics
• A visiting Diplomate-led referral service
• ISFM Cat Friendly accreditation
