Oculus Legal Group, in collaboration with a leading Law Firm in Scotland, are assisting our client with their exciting growth plans to appoint a Solicitor/Senior Solicitor and Associate into their highly ranked commercial practice group.


With a UK wide client base, this appointment has arisen in line with our legal clients 2026-2031 growth plans and follows a sustained period of success for our legal client across their private and public sector client base.


Appointment Summary

Undertaking a varied role, this will encompass working closely with senior stakeholders across an established client base to provide key commercial legal advice for high value infrastructure projects at all stages of the project lifecycle. Examples of this will be working on high value infrastructure projects on behalf of private sector organisations and in some cases the governing body (local authority, national government etc), being external counsel on infrastructure projects which positively impact local communities and fostering relationships across the public and private sector.


Required Background

Ideally, you will be an experienced Corporate and Commercial Solicitor with excellent commercial contracts experience who is looking to build out a long-term career focussed mainly on providing commercial advisory support in the infrastructure space.
