Mandate to hire a top-tier Post-Merger Integration Director into a high-growth, PE-backed financial services platform. You’ll be accountable for turning M&A into realised EBITDA.
What you’ll do:
- Own integration across an active deal pipeline
- Deliver hard synergies (cost-out + revenue uplift)
- Drive operating model consolidation and scale
We’re looking for:
- Proven PMI track record in PE-backed / acquisitive businesses
- Must have experience within a Financial services business
- Comfortable operating at pace, with ambiguity and accountability
