Manpower are currently seeking an interim Media Procurement Transformation Lead, to work with our global FMCG client Unilever, renowned for brands such as Dove, Sure, Persil, and Simple, to become an integral part of their fast-paced FMCG environment.


The position is based at Kingston Upon Thames. This is a full-time temporary role till end of Oct 2027, requiring 36.25 hours per week, Monday to Friday. Compensation for this role is competitive, paying up to £215,000 per annum, pro rata, depending upon experience.


The role currently offers a mix of remote and onsite working, subject to adjustment based on business requirements.

ABOUT MBS


MBS, Unilever’s Marketing and Business Services Procurement team, is responsible for Unilever’s sourcing and supplier strategy and execution for all third party spend across Marketing, Business Services, and IT, supporting the business requirements of Brands, Business Units, Business Groups, and functions to drive growth through strategic supplier management, cost and value management, and innovation. The team manages an annual spend with a supplier base of about 40,000. Within MBS, The Media Procurement Transformation Lead role is responsible for driving a major organisational change initiative within media procurement, introducing roll-out of new technology and contemporary digital tools for the first time. The position will oversee efficiency delivery, adoption planning, and execution, while managing cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure successful implementation and value creation.
