What You’ll Be Doing
- Running a 360 recruitment desk within your vertical
- Building long-term relationships with contractors and clients
- Managing the full recruitment cycle (BD, delivery, account growth)
- Developing your niche into a recognised market
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in recruitment (any sector considered)
- Or strong sales background looking to transition
- Someone who wants autonomy and progression based on performance
- Commercial mindset – you understand how to build revenue, not just fill roles
