We are currently working with a well-established, highly respected law firm in Sevenoaks to recruit a Head of Private Client (or Senior Solicitor looking to step up). This is a key hire as part of the firm’s succession planning, offering a genuine opportunity to shape and lead a successful department.

The Role

You’ll be joining an established Private Client team handling a broad range of work including:

• Wills
• Probate & Estate Administration
• LPAs & Court of Protection / OPG matters

The role offers the chance to:

• Take on (or progress into) a Head of Department position
• Play a key role in developing and growing the team
• Work closely with highly experienced colleagues
• Handle a varied caseload, including high-net-worth and complex matters

Who They’re Looking For

• An experienced Private Client Solicitor
• Candidates already operating at Partner level (salaried or equity), or
• Senior Associates ready to step up to Partnership in the near future
• Strong technical knowledge across all areas of Private Client work
• A collaborative approach and interest in contributing to team growth and leadership

• Salary from £60,000 to £100,000 (depending on experience)
