What You’ll Be Doing
You will take ownership of senior client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor on their most complex finance and performance challenges.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading the design and delivery of end-to-end finance transformation and VPM solutions
- Shaping future finance operating models, including finance business partnering and digital-first approaches
- Driving performance management transformation across budgeting, planning, forecasting, and consolidation
- Designing KPI frameworks, steering models, and commercial analytics to support growth and margin improvement
- Leading multi-disciplinary teams and ensuring high-quality delivery across complex engagements
- Translating business challenges into technology-enabled solution designs using modern finance platforms
- Facilitating design-led workshops and Agile delivery approaches

- Enhancing efficiency, control, and compliance across reporting cycles
Analytics & Performance Reporting
- Embedding advanced analytics into business performance routines
- Delivering real-time dashboards and forward-looking insight models
AI-Enabled Finance Transformation
- Leveraging AI and emerging technologies to automate processes and generate predictive insights
- Supporting clients in building the business case for AI adoption in finance
Technical Environment
You will have exposure to and experience with a range of leading finance and analytics platforms, including:
- SAP Analytics Cloud, S/4HANA, SAP BPC
- Oracle Hyperion
- Anaplan, Tagetik, Board
- Microsoft Power BI
- Data visualisation, automation, and enterprise analytics tools

Essential experience:
- Proven track record in finance transformation, performance improvement, or VPM programmes
- Strong business development capability and experience shaping complex solutions
- Deep expertise within finance transformation or a relevant sector specialism
- Established relationships with senior stakeholders in large, complex organisations
- Experience leading high-performing teams in a consulting or industry environment
Desirable Experience
- Professional accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)
- Background in management consulting or large-scale transformation delivery
- Strong facilitation, presentation, and workshop leadership skills
- Experience coaching and developing teams
- High attention to detail with strong commercial and analytical thinking
