Job Description


To lead and manage all waste-related activities across CWH, ensuring full compliance

With legal, environmental, and operational standards. The Waste Manager will split

Their time equally between The main site and the communities sites and will oversee

Waste audits documentation, and service delivery, working closely with the Trust to

Optimise waste processes and support the achievement of sustainability targets. They

Will explore and drive innovation to improve waste segregation practices and deliver ward level education sessions to improve recycling rates.
