About the Role


We are seeking a dynamic Solutions Engineer with HR experience to join our UK team and play a critical role in helping Enterprise customers transform the way they manage performance, feedback, and employee growth.


In this role, you will partner closely with Sales, Customer Success, and Product teams to design and deliver solutions that demonstrate the value of our Performance Enablement platform. You will engage with HR and business leaders to translate their strategic vision into engaging functional solutions that drive measurable outcomes for their people and organizations. Each customer is unique, and no two days will be exactly the same.


This is a remote role open to candidates based in the United Kingdom.
