Job Title: Project Manager – Sage X3 ERP Implementation (FTC)

Duration: Fixed Term Contract (Project Duration: 6-9 months – potentially rolling on)

Location: UK based, hybrid (with international travel as required)

Responsible to: Group Head of IT

Responsible for: To lead and deliver two complex, international Sage X3 ERP implementation projects, onboarding TXO subsidiaries onto the Group ERP platform.


Job function

Reporting to Group Head of IT. the Project Manager will have accountability for the end-to-end delivery of two Sage X3 implementation projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and to agreed business outcomes.


As part of our continued growth and systems strategy, we are rolling out Sage X3 as our core ERP platform across the group. Two major upcoming programmes will onboard:



While aligned to the group’s core business model, each subsidiary has local commercial, financial, operational, and regulatory nuances that make these implementations distinct and challenging.


The role will coordinate multi-disciplinary, multi-country teams including:



Success in this role will depend heavily on strong stakeholder management, cross-cultural communication, and deep experience delivering ERP rollouts into international subsidiaries.
