There is a new opportunity with a US law firm in London for a Corporate Associate who will have at least 5 years’ PQE in corporate transactional work with a global corporate practice. The exciting work will include a broad blend of Private Equity and private M&A and a smaller element of public M&A and JV work. The work and team is international and there will be a high level of interaction with the firm’s teams in the US and Middle East. This opportunity requires a confident Corporate Associate who is confident of running matters with a high level of autonomy, interaction with clients and involvement in business development. It is an ideal destination for an ambitious M&A / PE lawyer who would like to work within a lean team, be at the cutting edge of deals and build a practice. The firm is a long-established multi-service firm in London with excellent infrastructure and support. Whilst it sits within the elite, it is widely regarded for a warm culture and conducive work environment. Applicants must have at least 5 years’ PQE in high quality corporate transactional work, a confident and robust approach to leading on work and a good understanding of cross border work. The firm is keen to hire an associate who is keen for long term career progression.
