Senior Associate – Employment | London

MAP Legal is working with a leading US-headquartered law firm in London to recruit a Senior Associate into its Employment team.

This is a strong opportunity for an experienced employment lawyer to join a high-performing, international practice advising on complex, cross-border matters. The role offers a broad mix of transactional, contentious and advisory work, with a particular focus on high-value corporate transactions involving domestic and international clients.

You will work closely with corporate, private equity, regulatory and disputes teams in London and internationally, advising on the employment aspects of M&A, investments, restructurings and reorganisations, as well as handling sensitive contentious and strategic advisory matters.

Responsibilities include:

• Leading on employment aspects of cross-border corporate transactions
• Advising on tribunal and High Court disputes
• Delivering clear, commercial advice to a sophisticated client base
• Working closely with international counsel and internal teams
• Supporting business development and mentoring junior lawyers

Candidates should have 5–7 years’ PQE with strong transactional employment experience, ideally with exposure to cross-border matters and international clients. You will be technically strong, commercially minded and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
