The Studio

With teams in London and New York, they’ve built an exceptional group of designers from across the world, blending architecture, interior design, and product design in a way that feels considered and cohesive.

Their bespoke furniture and custom lighting are central to their work, not an afterthought but something embedded into the design language from the outset. Each project carries a strong identity, shaped through materiality, craftsmanship, and a clear narrative.

Beyond a loyal client base, their work has had a wider influence on the industry, helping to shape the visual language of contemporary hospitality and residential design. Whether working on a private residence, hotel, or restaurant, there is a consistent balance of functionality, beauty, and technical rigour. At the core of it all is a close-knit, highly collaborative team, with a genuine focus on detail and delivery.

The Opportunity

You will lead projects from concept through to installation, shaping thoughtful, highly resolved interiors with a clear creative direction. From early-stage concept development and FF&E sourcing through to layouts, presentations, and technical coordination, you will take ownership of both the creative and delivery aspects of a scheme.

This is a role with a strong FF&E emphasis. You will be responsible for developing and overseeing FF&E packages in detail, including specification, schedules, and documentation, while working closely with procurement agents to ensure alignment on budgets, timelines, and deliverables. There is an expectation that you are comfortable balancing design intent with commercial realities, supporting value engineering where needed without compromising the integrity of the scheme.

Alongside the creative work, you will coordinate across consultants, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure all information is aligned through each stage. You will review shop drawings, manage samples and mock-ups, and attend site to oversee installation, maintaining quality and consistency from concept through to completion.

You will also play a role in guiding more junior designers, contributing to a collaborative studio environment where ideas are shared and developed collectively.
