Property Litigation Lawyer

Real Estate Litigation Lawyer | International Firm | 1-5 PQE

We are instructed on behalf of a leading international law firm to recruit a Property Litigation Associate to join its highly regarded disputes team.

This opportunity is suited to a qualified solicitor with between 1 and 5 years’ post-qualification experience in property litigation. The successful candidate will join a collaborative and well-established team advising on a broad range of high-quality real estate disputes.

The role will involve handling matters such as landlord and tenant disputes, commercial lease issues, development-related disputes, rights of light, easements, and contentious asset management work. You will have the opportunity to work closely with partners and senior lawyers on complex, often high-value cases, as well as take ownership of your own matters where appropriate.

Candidates should demonstrate:

• Strong experience in property litigation gained at a reputable firm
• Solid technical knowledge and commercial awareness
• Excellent drafting and communication skills
• The ability to manage a varied caseload and work effectively within a team
