A leading, specialist professional services business working with legal clients is seeking a Legal Client Relations Manager to manage inbound enquiries and grow long‑term client relationships.
This role focuses on converting leads into confirmed work through consultative conversations, tailored proposals, and excellent client care.
London, hybrid (2 days in-office)
The Role:
- Responding to and qualifying inbound enquiries
- Leading consultative client conversations
- Preparing tailored proposals and costings
- Managing opportunities through to confirmation
- Developing repeat business with existing clients
- Maintaining accurate CRM records
Ideal Candidate:
- Ideally a qualified solicitor, or someone with a background working in the legal market looking to pivot into a client relationship management role
- Experience in client relations, sales, account management, or business development
- Confident communicating with senior stakeholders
- Strong organisational and relationship‑building skills
- Comfortable producing proposals and managing multiple enquiries
