We are working with a leading international law firm in London looking to hire a Restructuring & Insolvency Associate (2–6 PQE) into a highly regarded and growing team.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a practice at the forefront of complex restructurings, special situations, and distressed transactions, advising on some of the most high-profile matters in the market.

The Role

You will advise on a broad mix of contentious and non-contentious restructuring matters, including financial restructurings, insolvency processes, distressed M&A, and special situations. The team acts for a range of stakeholders including credit funds, lenders, sponsors, and corporates, often on cross-border mandates.

Candidate Profile

• 2–6 PQE with restructuring / insolvency experience

• Strong technical grounding with a commercial mindset
• Confident communicator with the ability to take on responsibility
