Major Players is proud to be recruiting on behalf of a leading independent media agency based in London. For over 30 years, our client has helped fast-growth challenger brands scale through full-funnel media strategies. They operate a unique agency matchmaking and advisory service - and this role sits right at the heart of it.
The role
As Partnership Manager, you will take day-to-day ownership of the agency matchmaking service - connecting ambitious brands with the right agency partners across brand, creative, PR, digital ecommerce and more. This is a client-facing role at the intersection of partnerships, marketing and commercial operations, with real visibility at a senior level from day one.
Key responsibilities
→ Run end-to-end matchmaking briefs - from client brief through to introduction and aftercare
→ Build and manage a global network of high-quality, vetted agency partners
→ Own the LinkedIn presence - content planning, posting and community engagement
→ Support and deliver events, roundtables and partner sessions
→ Support senior leadership on high-value client conversations, with growing autonomy over time
→ Manage monthly invoicing, deal tracking and internal reporting
✅ What we're looking for
✔️ 3–5 years' experience in partnerships, account management, marketing or a related role
✔️ Background in agency, media or a fast-growth startup environment
✔️ Strong communicator with genuine relationship-building skills
✔️ Entrepreneurial, proactive and thrives in a fast-moving business
✔️ Commercially minded, highly organised and able to manage multiple workstreams
✔️ Excellent written communication skills

Location: London (Hybrid)
Salary: £40,000 – £72,000 depending on experience
Reporting to: Partnerships Director
