Working alongside highly regarded partners and industry leaders, you will advise on a broad spectrum of complex domestic and cross-border finance transactions, including leveraged finance, private credit, asset finance, real estate finance and project finance. You will be a qualified solicitor in England & Wales (or equivalent) with experience gained at a leading national, international or US firm. You will demonstrate strong technical ability, sound commercial judgement and the confidence to operate in a client-facing role, with a genuine ambition to develop your practice within a high-performing environment.
