Property Paralegal

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a property Paralegal to join a rapidly growing law firm based in North West London. The successful candidate will support the conveyancing team, working closely with an ambitious and expanding department on high-value property transactions.

This role combines legal and administrative responsibilities within residential conveyancing and offers excellent opportunities for professional development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drafting licences and supporting legal documentation
• Preparing and submitting SDLT returns and Land Registry applications
• Managing pre- and post-completion processes efficiently
• Coordinating property searches and handling associated documentation
• Acting as a key point of contact for clients, solicitors, and third parties
• Maintaining accurate, up-to-date, and compliant case files and systems

Key Requirements:

• A law degree or relevant legal experience (essential)
• Experience in conveyancing (essential)
• Exceptional attention to detail and strong organisational skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and legal software applications
• Clear and confident written and verbal communication
